The Rare House offers specialized care for patients with suspicion and/or diagnosis of a rare disease. Patients can be referred to by SUS through Gercon (agreement with State Secretariat of Health of RS), from the referral by the public health network. Another form of access is through the "recording of interest", made directly by the patient or family member on our website. When filling in the form, the interest in receiving service from our multidisciplinary team, consisting of trained professionals to offer precise diagnosis and/or outline the most appropriate management plan for each situation. The record of interest will have an answer within 30 days.
